范文：
After reading the passage, I have learned that success doesn't come naturally and it requires strong belief and effective action.
The story brings back a failure of mine. To celebrate Mother's Day, I made an attempt to cook a meal for my mom. To my sadness, it ended up with failure because the food was either salty or spicy. Since then, I haven't cooked a second meal.
However, Steve Jobs' story encourages me to face the failure correctly. At first, I should believe in myself and never give up. Only if so will I take action to improve my cooking skills. Besides, I decide to try more times to make the food more delicious, as the saying goes, practice makes perfect.
个人感受：
1. 作为学生，年纪尚小，经历的失败大多是考试失利。个人认为在考场写作时能够规避“烂大街”的内容，尽量规避，当然前提是这样做时间够，可以保证分更高。
2. 借鉴苹果的经验，采取有效行动是重点。
