Are you feeling stressed out because of busy study? Are you seeking for a relaxing activity to refresh your mind? Look no further than Tai chi-an internal Chinese martial art.
Tai chi is a form of gentle exercise practiced for self-defense and health. Chinese philosophy, especially Taoist and Confucian thought, forms the conceptual background to Tai chi. Tai chi's path is one of developing naturalness by relaxing, attending inward, and slowing mind, body and breath, which allows students to become less tense and let go pressure occupied their mind.
If Tai chi should debut in our break time, not only could student release themselves from daily pressure, but also benefit from the wisdom of Taoist-softness overcoming hardness, that is wu wei.
