It can stop germs or virus spreading. Thirdly, we should keep healthy living habits, such as doing much exercise and having a balanced diet. A strong and healthy body can help prevent the flu. Fourthly, the most important rule is to stay away from the flu patients, which is responsible for ourselves and our family. Lastly, we should get the flu shot at a regular time. This can mostly prevent the flu.
If we follow these rules, it won't be so difficult to prevent the flu.
