February 17-18 Sunny
From February 17 to 18, our school held a sports meeting. There were many sports events and the main ones included the high jump and the long jump.
Several of my classmates and I took part. I have always been good at running, so I took part in the women’s 4×100 metres relay. The moment I crossed the finishing line, I heard a round of applause. Then, I realized that we took first place. I felt so proud.
Thanks to the sports meeting, I have a much clearer understanding of teamwork and its importance. Also, it has encouraged me to take part in more meaningful activities.
