In Guangzhou, the Pearl River Crossing has been popular for many years. It is a healthy activity. Many people like the activity and want to take part in it. The crossing started in the 1930s and it has been held at least 30 times so far. Last year, 34 teams made up of 1,700 competitors took part in it. Luckily, I was a member of the high school team. In this competition, our team swam hard together and got a good place. The other teams were trying their best, too. Everyone was enjoying swimming and competing.
Are you interested in swimming? If you are, welcome to visit Guangzhou and take part in the Pearl River Crossing this year.
